产品来料为料串形式,通过人工上料,成功实现11种Keycap料串供料,通过MES远程控制随时切换,快速换线,由4台自动组键设备及1台自动检测设备组成,达到全自动组装78个键,利用线性相机技术对产品进行拍照对比检测,自动剔除NG产品,共导入16台自动组键设备和4台自动检测设备,CT降低至10S/盘,达到日产出50K,良率99.8%,每班节省320人;
The keycap incoming material was put on a “kebab fixture” ,through manual loading,we successful realized the 11 kinds of Keycap material kabab works at the same time. We can change the line very fast by using MES remote control switch at any time, this automatic includes 4 set of assembly equipment and one automatic inspection equipment, we can automatically assemble 78 parts ,using linear camera photograph product contrast detection technology, automatically weed out the NG products, We have total 16 sets of automatic assembly equipment and 4 sets of automatic inspection equipment, the CT reduced to 10 s/tray, the daily output is 50K, yield is 99.8%, saving 320 people per shift;
2. 产品经过自动流水线,通过移栽机构将 4 lot产品放置喷漆网盘,由喷漆网盘承载产品流入喷漆线,经过毛刷除尘工站、离子静电除尘工站、白漆喷房工站、白漆烤箱工站、黑漆喷房1工站、黑漆喷房2工站、黑漆烤箱工站,结束喷漆制程。通过举升机构,将喷漆网盘与产品分离,喷漆网盘由回流线重新送至喷漆区,形成循环不间断生产;
The qualified products will transfer to the painting area through the automatic transplanting machine, we put 4 lot products on the paint fixture and transfer to painting line, after brush dust removal station, electrostatic dust removal station, White paint spray station, white paint baking station ,first black paint spray station, second black paint spray station, black paint baking station, complete the painting process. Separating the paint fixture from the product by a lifting mechanism, the paint fixture will sent back to the painting area by the backflow line, finally achieve the stable painting quality and continuous production;
3. 产品经过缓存仓流入2条全自动镭雕线,共22台镭雕设备,镭雕设备配备最先进的同轴视觉系统,可观察每一个Keycap的位置和角度,中央管理系统将生产任务动态地分配给各个刻印工作站,并实时监控各站的完成情况,通过镭雕AOI检测,并对不良品进行打标处理,将不良品信息传送至组装组装车间进行拆键及补键,每班节省50人;
The product flows into the 2 automatic laser engraving lines through the cache warehouse,total 22 lasers engraving equipments. The laser engraving equipment is equipped with the most advanced coaxial vision system, which can observe the position and angle of each Keycap. The central management system dynamically assigns production tasks to each engraving workstation. Real-time monitoring of each station,Through the AOI inspection of the laser engraving, the defective products are marked, the product information is transmit to the assembly workshop for de-cap and key filling, saving 50 people per shift;
4.镭雕完成后,与喷漆流水线类似,产品被移载至UV网盘,经过毛刷除尘工站, UV喷淋工站、烘烤工站、UV 照射工站,完成UV制程,通过举升机构,将UV网盘与产品分离并运输至UV区,不仅可以满足客户需求,还大大降低了油墨污染,形成良好的生产系统;
After laser engraving , similar to the painting line, the products will transfer to the UV fixture, after brush dust removal station , UV spray station , baking station and UV lamp station, which can not only meet customer needs, but also greatly reduce ink pollution and form a good production system;
5.产品经过人工拆除P键及人工目视检验后,通过读码设备记录产品制程信息,上传MES系统,经过流水线运输至全自动拆键区。全自动拆键设备包含自动拆键、喷漆治具自动回流、自动变距换Tary、自动移印,创新性的将拆键和换Tray通过变距链接, 集中在一台设备上实现,产品依次经过拆建、UV照射、产品变距、贴标、更换tray盘、产品翻转、移印,同时将喷漆治具的产品信息转移至出货tray,实现每lot产品均可追溯,通过连续测试克服Keycap卡钩断裂和发白不良问题,提升单站良率至99%,共导入四条线,每班节省320人;
After manually removing the P key and manual visual inspection, the product process information is recorded by the reading device and uploaded to the MES system .The products flows to the de-cap area .The automatic de-cap machine including de-cap station、painting fixture backflow line ,automatic variable pitch and transfer to shipping tray ,automatic pad printing ,innovatively link the de-cap and Tray change works in one equipment. Successively after de-cap, UV lamp, variable pitch, labeling, tray change, product flipping and pad printing .At the same time, the product information of the paint fixture will transfer to the shipping tray, and each lot of products can be traced in system. Through continuous test, we overcome the Keycap hook fracture and fade problem, improve single station yield to 99%, saving 320 people per shift for four lines;
6.移印完成的产品,人工放置于烘烤车内,进入烘烤箱进行30MIN烘烤固化,克服移印制程的白胶软化,满足客户需求的产品透光性,良率100%;
Manually put the pad printing finished products in the baking car and goes into the baking box for 30MIN’s bake. To overcome the soften of the white glue in Pad printing process, and meet the light transmittance that customer required, the yield is 100%;
